The Inner West Street Association in partnership with Maryland Avenue and State Circle Association along with Downtown Annapolis Partnership is thrilled to announce that registration is open for our Fifth Annual Annapolis Scarecrow Stroll! From October 24th thru November 2nd, scarecrows created by local families, organizations, and businesses will line West Street from circle to circle, Main Street, Maryland Ave and State Circle. The Scarecrow Stroll is going to be so much fun, don't miss your chance to be a part of it.
